Description: | This course will introduce students to the basic concepts in biostatistics and epidemiology. Students will learn about study designs in public health and epidemiology, and their respective strengths and limitations. They will also learn about fundamental statistical concepts such as probability distributions and hypothesis testing. Students will be introduced to the principles of common statistical tests, and learn how to apply them in real practice. |
